Whilst our company beginnings were focused around PTFE and fluoropolymers molded and machined parts, the demand for other plastics and PTFE and associated coatings from our customer base pushed our investment and development of these additional areas. We are strong believers in reinvestment, evident in our facilities and plant which are the newest and most advanced within the Fluoropolymers processing and plastic machining industries. We have no ideal size shape or quantity. Our resource is so broad and varied we can handle all shapes, sizes and quantities of product.

We manufacture PTFE semi-finished products including rod, tube and sheet by extrusion and compression molding. In addition to this we machine and mould finished components for a range of industries including Aerospace, Semi-conductor, Petrochemical and Oil and Gas. We ensure the highest quality materials by mechanical property testing. All our materials are tested on site to International Standards so we can maintain a consistent quality product without impacting on lead times.

We are certified for the processing and application of PTFE and fluoropolymers. Some of our process capabilities include CNC machined components, precision seals and fluoropolymers coatings. We recognize quality as an essential part of our products we offer to our customers and believe that getting it right the first time is what differentiates us from our competition.

Dhwani Polymer India Private Limited produces precision machined components in PTFE, PEEK and engineering plastics to the very highest quality. We have an extensive range of Mitutoyo measuring equipment to assist with this together with testing facilities for our materials to measure tensile strength, elongation, specific gravity and hardness.

Throughout all locations, our inspection and manufacturing areas are temperature controlled to ensure consistency in the measurement of components. We are also committed to limiting our impact on the environment both locally and beyond by ensuring we meet regulatory and statutory laws.

Dhwani Polymer India Private Limited encourage staff to be environmentally aware of the needs of our surroundings and of the greater whole by offering environmental awareness training and making sure the facilities are there for recycling or reusing. We try to ensure our packaging and other supplies are from a sustainable source. The Company and its subsidiaries are committed to developing the business with progressively lower environmental impacts.

We understand that things don’t always go to plan and there may be times you need components supplied with an extremely quick turnaround. While we can’t say yes to every request, when we give you our word on a delivery date and time, we will meet it.
